Agencies often rely on SmartView alerts to catch underwriting issues, but these alerts can be easily missed, leaving agencies blindsided when cancellations or concerns arise. To address this, I designed a solution that introduces automated email notifications, ensuring agencies receive timely, proactive communication before issues escalate. This project reflects my initiative to anticipate challenges, reduce friction, and strengthen trust between Progressive and its agency partners.
Simplified Compensation Guide
Progressive’s compensation program is defined by complex legal addendums that can be difficult for agencies and even sales reps to interpret. To make this process clearer, I developed the idea of a visual, easy‑to‑navigate compensation guide, supported by flowcharts and quick reference tools. This project demonstrates my ability to simplify complexity, improve transparency, and empower both agencies and sales teams with tools that build confidence and reduce confusion.
